I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Ben Blunt and his wonderful team members at Heritage and Sons who assisted us during my brother-in-law's funeral service at the crematorium on Tuesday 9th April 2023. Their exceptional service, marked by humility, politeness, and genuine friendliness, provided us with immense comfort during a difficult time. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable in navigating the necessary paperwork and logistical challenges. What truly stood out about the funeral directors was the humane and compassionate manner in which they conducted the service. Throughout the entire process, the funeral directors displayed a genuine sense of care and respect for both the deceased and our grieving family. In conclusion, I cannot thank Heritage and Sons enough for their outstanding service. Their humility, politeness, and friendly demeanor, coupled with their unwavering dedication to conducting a service with utmost humanity, truly made a difference in our grieving process. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need, as they embody the epitome of professionalism and compassion in the funeral industry.

Heritage and Sons Gatehouse recently directed my Mums funeral. All at the company were polite, professional and extremely helpful. They really did make a very tough time so much easier by organising almost everything for me, from crematorium to church they dealt with it all, even arranging to have the order of service booklets printed. On the day itself, the director was patient and dignified. Chloe and Sue lead us through the whole process brilliantly. They even stopped the hearse at Mums old care home so her friends there could say goodbye. Choosing an undertakers is hard, especially as you are grieving, but I would have no hesitation recommending Heritage and Sons.

Heritage and Sons have just completed the laying of a tablet stone in the churchyard for us. They took care of all the arrangements and paperwork and the finished piece is beautiful. Sue has been so patient, supportive and happy to provide unintrusive advice where required which was so helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough. Heritage and Sons were faultless with the funeral arrangements and this recent experience has been exactly the same.

I cannot express how professional and kind the team at Heritage are. My late husbands funeral was a full service funeral, with personnel in attendance. Heritage worked alongside them and gave my husband a dignified yet very personal send off. Nothing was too much trouble. Myself and my family felt completely safe in their hands. the whole team from the administration department, the funeral home, the staff on the day, made a unbearable situation , bearable. Their compassion and professionalism went far beyond our expectations. I whole heartily would recommend the team at Heritage.
