The Gym Group Aylesbury

For me it's ok, I tend to go during quieter times which is what I prefer. However there are downsides, one there never seems to be any staff on site, so when you have a problem with a machine during the afternoon there is no one there. The main issue for me is, I'm not sure the equipment is ever cleaned? In another gym, they had cleaning sprays available and it is your responsibility to clean after every use. There is no cleaning equipment available and not sure the equipment has ever been cleaned which is very unhygienic. However, a lot of equipment available and at a fair price.

Very well equipped gym with plenty of free weights/lifting platform and cardio machines. very convenient as is it is in the centre of town. Always Very clean. Staff are always Friendly and helpful. Great place to train 💪🥊

If this was the first "the gym" I had gone to, I'd of cancelled my membership. The gym is really small compared to others. The water dispenser was warm. Some very noises equipment it needs a lube. But does what it says on the tin but extremely limited. I go off peak times and I'm not sure I'd enjoy it peak times with so little equipment.

Been going regularly for just over a month. I've been a member at a few different gyms over the years - this is the cheapest and probably my favourite as far as atmosphere goes. A really good mix of members, everyone is either friendly or just in their own zone. Facilities are basic but clean and well managed. Staff are nice, knowledgeable but also non intrusive. Great location and parking is close by/free.

Been going here since the start of last year and having tried every other gym in town, this is by far my favourite. Loads of equipment, the other users tend to respect the place and put weights and bars back after use. The ambiance in there is nice too with the LED lighting and wall decals. If anything gets damaged or broken, it's normally repaired reasonably quickly. Never really interacted with the staff but they are nice approachable people, however there seems to be fewer of them now than there used to be which is a shame.
