GoodOaks Homecare Aylesbury - Visiting & Live in Care

My husband has had daily care from Good Oaks Carers for 7 weeks since being discharged from hospital. He's not always the easiest person to satisfy but the carers have done their job with tacit and compassion and he looked forward to their visit.

Great care company , lovely careers who actually care for the clients they look after I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get care for someone they love. Office staff are also great help you from assessment to implementation I cannot fault the care they provide. I have an elderly Father who lives with me and work full time and without this company things would be a lot harder.

We had the service of Good oaks home care for a very short period after my late mum was discharged from hospital to home for end of life care. We found them to be respectful and provide care with dignity and respect especially in my mums final hours. Any problems or querries were dealt with promptly and they always returned calls. In the final days if we didn't feel the care was needed they respected this. They tried to stick to the same carers where possible which helped mum and us as a family through very challenging times. Special mention goes to Michelle who is a real asset to the team and has a lovely caring nature along with olga, malgorzata, celsey, Alex, and joanna, thry dealt with a very challenging caring situation well and adapted very quickly to the changing needs and the rapid detoriating needs of my mum. We thank Good oaks for the care in these final days and for not only caring for mum but for us as a family unit.

This agency comes highly recommended - the team at Good Oaks Aylesbury has responded to all our queries immediately and provided safe and caring home care. The care team have been wonderful and we have got to know them; they really care and want to do whatever they can to assist - I would especially like to mention Christina and Andjey who have been wonderful. All the carers we have had have been lovely and also attentive. Lauren leads a great team and the carers are always polite and eager to help with anything they can. We will continue to use Good Oaks and would recommend them to anyone needing care at home.

We would like to congratulate Good Oaks Care on an excellent service, the care workers and managers are brilliant, friendly and very caring. This is the first time we have ever used carers and were extremely surprised at the level of service this company supplies. From the first assessment to the following up on the service, the management team have helped us to understand the level of care my wife requires. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
