Premier Inn Aylesbury hotel

Excellent customer service and comfortable room. Reasonable room price and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again and recommend to my friends and family as well. Well done guys keep up the good work 👍

Added bonus is items available to purchase especially as there are no breakfast facilities available before 10am at the closest restaurant. Thanks to Bernie for thinking of relevant products. We were able to buy porridge pots and profit goes to charity. We have stayed at this particular Premier Inn a number of times now.

On Sunday 6th August we received an amazing reception from Bernie on arrival, she was attentive & made our group feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble & she went the extra mile to help with our booking queries, making us feel at home. Whilst going back to ask for some help a little later, there was a group of people that seemed to be causing problems at the desk which she handled professionally and tactfully, although I could see they were being awkward with her. I would definitely be looking to book here again for future trips, Bernie's smile and welcoming us was a great start to our work trip and the whole experience during the week was excellent. Five stars to Bernie.
