Lucca Restaurant & Bar

We had such a lovely time here!! The food was so fresh and delicious and the staff was so friendly and nice. We had planned to go on a 7 mile walk to Wridgeway in Wendover and were so glad we stopped here first. The salmon ravioli was so delicious and so was the pizza!! It came to £13.50 per head with no drinks. Would come here again!

I visited in 2018 and 2019 when standards were higher. The food is above average but not exceptional. However, where the restaurant is lacking is that its menu/wine list has products which are not available. For example, they no longer stock the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. And the Birra Moretti is no longer available despite being listed on the drinks list. They also don’t stock tomato juice which one would normally expect a restaurant to have. It’s a little annoying to request items only to be told “we no longer have that” which happened on three items during 2 recent visits. There are less patrons also no doubt due to deterioration and it’s therefore lacking in atmosphere. It’s a shame because the food I’ve had is 4/5.

Went to the restaurant last night. The service was amazing lovely polite girls serving us. Pizza was amazing and they offer 2 course and a drink for £15 midweek so was value for money. Will definitely return
