Excellent service from Rachel on the purchase of a watch. Friendly, attentive and informative. I do think the staff are under a bit of pressure at times as it is very difficult to get them to answer the phone, but this is probably due to staff shortages and when serving in store customers they can not answer. Maybe a call divert system and or answerphone is worth considering.?? But my in store, in person my service was good. Thank you

I am forever grateful. I bought an engagement ring for my wonderful fiancé from the Aylesbury branch on July 9 and Ollie was incredibly helpful in aiding me to pick out the right one for my other half. We had a great chat, had a laugh and was brilliant. He even gave me a discount too! Most importantly, later that day I popped the question and she said yes! Cheers Ollie for being part of it, you were brilliant!

Connor from H-Samuel is the most knowledgeable, approachable and helpful man when it comes to watches. I walked in having no clue what to look for (I am after a gift for the other half) and he showed me so many watches and even tried them on so I could see how they looked on. Will defo be back to purchase but so appreciative of your service!

I've had a great pleasure to visit Aylesbury branch today. I was quickly acknowledged by Rachel and although she was busy sorting out something she prioritised me as a customer which was great to see. She has been extremely polite, cheerful and helpful even though the store was closing in half an hour. Can't praise her enough! She is a credit to your company. Prices very reasonable as well!
