Pandora Aylesbury

It’s not very often I leave reviews. What a great bunch of ladies! All very welcoming, loved to chat to us, and most importantly helped me pick out the best gift for my best friend’s 30th. It’s been very rare to find service like this recently. I hope to find a need to go there again! (From the guy in the panda jumper!) x

the service is so slow there where only 2 people working the floor. I was going to give it 2 starts for slow service but when the sales associate arrived they where very nice and helpful

Really disappointed with my most recent visit. Was unable to exchanged a gift as no stock, store unable to order, all of this i cluld kind of understood. I did purchase 1 charm and told they no longer do bluelight discounts and when I enquired about being emailed the receipt as is normally done, I was told they didn't do that any more. Feels like going backwards technologically. Not the normal service I have received from this store and was very disappointed.

My favourite shop in Aylesbury. Staff are always warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. It is a nice atmosphere.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, and don't mind waiting whilst I look around the store before talking with them. :)
