I recently used the services of this locksmith company and was extremely impressed with their prompt response and professional service. The locksmith who came out to help me was friendly and knowledgeable, and he was able to quickly and efficiently solve my lock issue. I highly recommend this company!
I called after being locked out and was told someone would be with me in thirty minutes which was great, guy turned up and drilled through the lock immediately without trying any other method of entry which is what the website says they do. And will only drill out the lock as a last resort The website also says that rogue locksmiths do this to inflate the price. 20 minutes later we were in and a new lock installed. I wasn’t given the chance to ask the price before he carried out the work and then charged me £289!!!!! Be warned, get a quote first, I wish I had, feel as though I’ve been scammed.
