Swan Massage

I have been treated by Nicolette since the beginning of 2011 and would not consider going elsewhere for my sports massage as she always gets to the route of my aches and pain and then sorts them for me. As a keen triathlete it is important that I am able to train and race consistently and Nicolette enables me to do this.

I have been treated by Nicolette for a number of years and she is absolutely fantastic. She has a lovely calm professional approach and listens to any areas of concerns and will offer advice and treatment for post the session. As a sporty person myself her technique is excellent for addressing areas pre or post race. I've also recently had a hip operation and she has been an integral part of my recovery working with my physiotherapist to give me the fastest recovery possible. Above and beyond massage, Nicolette is able to offer further complimentary therapies such as accupunture and kinesio taping to again assist further with areas of concern. Nicolette is a lovely person and you will leave her treatment room feeling in a good place! Can't recommend her enough

I came across Nicolette through a recommendation from my Personal Trainer a few months ago. I went to see her and was really comforted by her knowledge and easy, practical advice on how to look after myself. Recently I had some ITB issues with my thigh and asked her advice as difficult to see her during lockdown. She went the extra mile and talked it through with me and sent me a couple of videos. All in all, someone who loves what they do and is very good at it.

Nicolette has been an amazing support for me as I have looked to play age group international representative sport - I cant thank her enough for getting my aging limbs working again and cant recommend her more highly!

I have been going to see Nicolette for a number of years now, both to help with training recovery and maintenance, and more recently for injury management and rehabilitation. Her knowledge of the human body, coupled with an understanding of pressures placed on us through training and competition means she can get to the root of the problem effectively and manage both the cause and symptoms of the issues being presented. Nicolette always takes time to explain what she is doing which is incredibly reassuring, followed by specific advice on how to maintain the recovery through specific exercises after the treatment. My most recent injury has left me unable to sleep or find a comfortable position, but after an hour with Nicolette, the pain has gone and the general aching and discomfort has reduced significantly. I would highly recommend Nicolette to anyone who wants to get rid of those general aches and pains, or to anyone who wishes to speed up the recovery process following a specific injury. I always look forward to my next session and leave feeling amazing!
