Zach served us on the 2 occasions i visited to aylesbury store. he also phoned when he said he would!! he was understanding and patient leading my elderly mother (who the bed was for) around the options available. all prices and details were given both verbally and printed off, clearly shown how to get back in touch. delivery friday, hope that goes as smoothly! thank you, and to arron who processed the order. would recomend and saw no reason to go to other showrooms.

We visited dreams today, to find a new bed. we were greeted by friendly staff, and straight away i was lying down on a bed, that analysed my sleeping position. three minutes later, i was shown the most suitable beds for my needs and the friendly staff recommended lots of different options. they understood what we were looking for and didn’t just try and sell us the most expensive option. the whole process took less than 30 minutes. the staff member that helped us was called aaron and he was very kind, offered us drinks and seemed to know what he was talking about. we were all very happy with the service we received and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent. go and speak to zach if you're struggling with your sleep. there's a great team there and you can have your sleep problems sorted in less than half an hour in store. be patient with them, write things down and remember that a 'sleep investment' is worth it if you have the money.

Visited tonight as in desperate need of a new mattress. aaron is an absolute gem and deserves all the praise! i hope i got his name right, as i only had a quick glance at his name tag, didn't make a purchase but will be back in a couple months to make one, hopefully with aaron! he was incredibly helpful, so friendly and had a brilliant laugh!
