Service is great, food could do with a little more flavour. Food: 3* Service: 5* Venue: 4* Food: The food is okay. Unfortunately we felt like most of the dishes needed a little more seasoning. The veggie Mantarli Ispanakli Pide we ordered had far too many peas and the veggie Patlicanli Pide was a little soggy so we couldn't eat much. The food isn't bad, but it just needs that little lift to make it worthwhile coming back again. The bread that came with the Humus was really nice though! And the little touches like complimentary first Turkish tea are really nice. A rarity in restaurants nowadays. Service: The service was really good, but the kitchen was a little slow at times. Front of house staff were very attentive. Alfie was the highlight of our visit and really made us feel welcome. He was always happy to help with any of our questions and a real asset to Pideli. The restaurant manager also did well to look after us. The cocktails are nice and made with a good amount of alcohol. Shout out to Maria for making them well. Venue: Nicely decorated place. Smart looking and clean. Would have rated Pideli 3 stars based on food but the service pulled it up.

My 4 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom and so we went in to see if she could use the facilities there. The man that greeted us was so welcoming and said we could use the facilities. Once my daughter had finished we were just leaving and the same man brought me daughter some baklava - we didn’t purchase anything but he wanted her to have it. Such a nice gesture and it was really good baklava, would now like to go back. Fantastic customer service and exceeded expectations! Thank you

Tried Pideli for the first time. Very impressed with the quality of the food and service was amazing. The bread was freshly baked and by far the best Turkish bread I've eaten. Will definitely come back and try the breakfast next time! Thank you Saleh (owner) for thanking us after our meal and having a good conversation.

Celebrated my stepdads birthday here tonight and had an amazing time. The food was amazing , the staff were super helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back with friends.

First time visiting Zena Kitchen early evening all the way from Birmingham. Had the whole place to ourselves, table for 2 as it was midweek. Lovely decor, atmosphere and service was friendly and on point. A little pricey but the quality of the food is great and tasty with a varied menu so something for everyone. Definitely Recommend and will be back to try some other things on the menu. Thanks Zena Kitchen. 😃
