Palace Nails

Great service from the team. I could see the care put into my nails even though it was my first time there and I was a walk in. I can also see the respect they have for their regulars. I slammed my finger in a door and therefore have a permanent dark line on one nail bed. I picked a colour that wouldn’t cover this line and the technicians helpfully let me know and allowed/helped me to pick another colour to ensure my nails would look as best as they can. This is the kind of service I enjoy and I will definitely come back.

End result was very nice however when going to pay they added an extra £10 on top of what I was going to already pay. They didn't tell me that I would be paying an extra £10 as it came as a shock to me when they told me it was £35 not £25. The confirmation email did not say anything about an additional £10 so be warned they might hit you last minute with an additional money charge. The staff that did my nails did not want to engage in conversation with me and also when using the callus to file my nails down, she accidentally went too far down and cut me because it grazed on my skin. Not only that but my appointment was supposed to be 40 minutes but it took just under an hour. It was roughly 55 minutes. This was my second time here I will probably not come back However I am still pleased my result as shown.

Love my nails, had an appointment so didn’t have to wait! Staff very polite and salon is spotless ! Definitely will be going back !

First time client and I loved this place. Really clean and the team are polite and friendly. Absolutely adore my nails! Really reasonably priced and the team ensure you get the look you want first time. Highly recommended
