Boots Opticians Aylesbury

I wanted after eye test my prescription and they so did not want to give it too me but I got it in the end. When I got home checked prescription and it was only for computer glasses not for reading glasses also . I went back to ask for prescription again for both glasses computer and reading and after making me wait a long while was given my prescription but print out was so faint could hardly make out the figures. Never had this problem with other opticians who had given me my prescription after my test without me having to ask for it.

I am amazed at the poor reviews on here. Recently been for an eye test, excellent service, friendly staff and would highly recommend. Much better than most of the other well known opticians in my opinion.

Everytime I've been to choose my glasses I've had a professional, friendly experience. Honestly, Ken pops to mind only because he's always there and is so consistent, professional, knowledgeable, patient and a fab way of communicating. Also thank you to James who went the extra mile to let me know my glasses were in last minute today, much earlier than expected and saved me alot of time. Sorry I don't know the name of the lady who helped me choose my glasses last Saturday but I'll remember to look for your badge next time I'm in! ☺️ K🙏
