Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Aylesbury

Was quite hard to find as it nesr a place a person wouldn't really go but once there you cab see the shop, very busy but seem OK there are steps to go upstairs for advance test, so if you unable wo walk uo and down be quite difficult, unless some how they can make arrangements but then why would they sent someone I did see a old lady struggling to walk up the step one foot at a time why the employee watch and lightly said if to hard we maybe can do but the lady continued as she didn't understand young daughter trying to help her up.

Went with bestie who had booked an eye test. We were the only people in there for a while and it took ages. She was seen by four different people instead of just one person from start to finish which means that we were waiting in between. Could be a lot better.

Went in for an eye test recently and Sabah was amazing! She was very attentive and kind. The manager, Lubna was present and really helped me with my glasses selection, thoroughly explained the prices and the lens selections for my needs. I will definitely be going back again!!

Excellent service, it was very busy the day I went for my appointment but staff were very friendly and efficient. My new pair of glasses are perfect and fit well, unlike my old ones from a different optician...Brilliant service.

Very pleasant staff and fairly quick service. They had booked us in incorrectly with a member of staff who actually was not working that day so evidently had many customers who needed to be tested but less staff than anticipated. However they had excellent customer service and made sure that we were still seen even if it was a little later than expected. 10/10 service.
