A really nice guy doing the eye test and I felt properly looked after. Buying glasses was the longest slowest faff in the world - I already knew I was buying the thinnest lenses and adding all the coatings - so skip the sales patter please! I really wanted to get contacts so booked an eye test and initial contacts consultation - but they’re making a huge faff of that too. No real mention of contacts until I kept pushing, then I have to go back in a week or two to try some out, then go back a couple of weeks later to be sighted off to use them. I’ll try other places in the future in the hope of getting through the whole palava a bit quicker.

The absolute worst. I will never use vision express again. Screwed up my eye test, screwed up my glasses, over one month and still don’t have the correct glasses, lost my previous lenses so I couldn’t even go back. I work in the software industry and am unable to see to do my work for well over a month. Zero communication!! Seriously avoid. You have been warned.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I dealt with 4 members of staff in total, and every one of them was helpful, patient, polite and knowledgeable. As a first time spectacle wearer, each member of staff made the process easy for me. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. From the many questions I asked, to the 15 frames I tried on! After a very thorough eye exam I now have perfect vision with my new glasses. I highly recommend the great team that work there.

Terrible staff service from the Aylesbury store, after a lot of messing around by a staff member I managed to buy a pair of glasses, after a short period of time a pin broke in my glasses, I returned to the store a few times to get them repaired but female member of staff (she may have been the manager) said they couldn’t be fixed as they were discontinued, they were only a few months old. I wasn’t offered anything, she just said I had to buy a new pair. Terrible customer service.

A man told me to wait on the line , more than 10 minutes has passed and he didn't come back so i hang up and called up to 10 times and nobody answered . You put me on hold for what ? To waiste my time ? What kind of company is this
