I attended the aylesbury friars square vision express this morning for a routine eye test. kakkad provided excellent customer service, was incredibly knowledgeable and super kind. he even showed me my eye examination photos and explained what everything meant - i learned so much and had some good recommendations for my eye health! i had a much better experience here than specsavers or boots! thank you :)
My autism child had an eye test with amber and the whole service was absolutely brilliant. she showed so much patience towards my son and made the journey so easy for him. i was so impressed how much time and effort she made with my son . the whole team were very helpful and very professional.
