At the height of my anxiety and agoraphobia, the mere thought of leaving the house was daunting, let alone going to the dentist and the thought of needles lead to many sleepless nights and panic attacks. I initially came to the practice because I was extremely impressed with the website and friendly super speedy and comprehensive response to my queries and the fact it was local and in a quiet area which was key for my anxiety. When I first arrived, they must have thought I was bonkers as my anxiety leaves me spouting verbal diarrhoea and that’s not great for a dentist when they need you to keep still! Di is ever so friendly, and I love the fact she texts me appointment reminders which really does help me when I’ve forgotten to add to my calendar. One thing I do need to stress is Zak is a gift from God! He never knows how I’ll be in relation to my anxiety, yet he manages to make me feel like it’s just normal and that’s not an easy feat for sure! I felt completely at ease, and he was so understanding which is the difference between night and day! Hannah is also incredible 😊 They truly are a highly skilled, down-to-earth, kind, compassionate and understanding team and I can’t recommend them enough. Talk about a dream team! I’ve since moved and it’s a 4+ hour round trip. I drive past dozens of dentists/aesthetic/skincare establishments, but I’d never consider going anywhere else ever again! For those worrying about the cost of swapping from an NHS dentist to private, please know you’ll be pleasantly surprised. They don’t charge you for every little thing; in fact, they don’t even charge you for anaesthetic and that includes cosmetic treatments too! £50 off your first treatment is also a bonus for sure!

Amazing from Jay yesterday. We had to bring my elderly father in law in to have two teeth removed- he is in a wheelchair and has bad dementia, so very challenging. Absolutely amazing what they did, thank you so much and he’s much much better now.
