I started with the online course, which i found full of information. I love that I can go back into it and watch certain videos again. After I finished the online course, I decided to take the trip down south for the face to face training. I had 2 days bespoke training with Ian, I learnt plenty, had a great couple of days and took lots on board. It was worth the trip down south. Tina and Ian both made me feel very welcome. I went out with Ian on a couple of jobs and he was very professional with both myself and the customers. I would highly recommend Oven Loving
