We had a bad problem of pests in our loft - we could hear scratching throughout the night and things moving around above us as we laid in bed. We weren't sure what type of pest it was, but Baughan Pest Control were excellent - they identified quickly that we had glis glis in our loft. They very quickly and efficiently dealt with the glis glis by setting a trap, and after a few days the scratching stopped! Roy, Grace & Stanley were friendly and kept us updated on what they were doing and gave us advice on how to prevent the glis glis returning in the future by identifying places they may get in and suggesting how to seal these up. Excellent service, would definitely use again!

We had a slight rat problem at our student house and so contacted Baughan Pest Control. We have pet guinea pigs and so were really concerned that they would come to harm. We expressed this when we called to report the problem and they were very understanding and arranged for the team to come out to us that same day. Baughan Pest Control also gave us prevention advice and we subsequently changed how we stored the guinea supplies and thankfully haven’t had any problems since. BPC provided a quick, effective and friendly service and I would highly recommend them!
