Just had a visit from mr bumble from bees knees pest control. i cannot fault the service absolutely excellent. i would recommend in a heartbeat! - i called and within 20 mins mr bumble was on site and at work. - job was sorted within 30 mins no fuss. - job was well very reasonably priced. (e.g. £40 all in whereas we were quoted £300 from rentokill). - gave freebie keychains, info pack on saving our dying bumble bees population and a invite to a drop in centre where they teach about bumbles. - so refreshing to have a pest control expert who's normal job is to kill talk about conservation and saving of insects. excellent job mr bumble and team!

Great company! i had a problem with insects biting me whilst i sleep. i called them out and rather than take advantage of someone who was desperate to get rid of these bugs, they gave me honest advice stating that my current method of trying to get rid of them is the best method and i just need to give it some time. they gave me some traps to help identify exactly what it is that is biting me. i even asked them if they could just smoke my whole room but rather than simply accepting my offer and charging me, they advised that i would be wasting my money as what i was currently doing should be enough. i cannot recommend these guys enough. plus, they are a family company so it's good to support a local company.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. bees knees undertook the tricky task of removing a bees next from deep inside one of our chimney breasts. they gave excellent advice and guidance throughout the process and in particular with regard to health and safety. they advised us scaffolding was necessary and the disconnection of a gas fire. they gave us an estimate - which they stuck to. they turned up on time, were courteous and efficient and did an excellent job.
