Buckinghamshire Pest Control

I found Andy on Google, I called and explained the problem I've been experiencing. He was very polite and helpful. Although he could not provide the service I needed. He was kind enough to reach out to someone who can help me. Other than that, he responded quickly and also gave me advice.

Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to turn up promptly and at a time that suited us. He even provided a guarantee (which we didn't need to use!) with a no quibble promise to return and re-treat the wasps nest if it didn't work the first time. We'd definitely contact Andy again if we have any future unwelcome visitors!

Andy was extremely kind when I found myself in a situation where I didn't know what potentially was in my house. He could hear I was upset and came out a lot earlier than expected, he was funny and reassuring and made a difference when I felt anxious. Would definitely recommend!

I found Andy to be very responsive every time I contacted him and polite. I had evidence of birds trying to nest in my loft. Andy inspected the loft to confirm and make sure the birds were not nesting. He was very aware of rules and regulations re nesting birds. He had to return twice and returned when he said he would. He filled in holes where birds might enter taking care to allow ventilation. I would certainly recommend Andy and his company and not hesitate to use him again.
