Ross is knowledgeable and professional, and over the course of a few months, he was able to help me get rid of rats in my house (which was really stressful!) He identified the solution whilst removing some of them already present and then went on to recommend a company to do some remedial work. Highly recommend if you need help and support. They were coming into the house through the drains, were in the cavity walls, in voids above ceilings and in the loft. My husband wanted to sell the house! Ross is an expert in his field. When a one way valve was fitted to the shared part of the drain - no more rats! We still have the traps in the loft just in case, but they’ve been untouched for months. Ross has helped us for several years and comes out each month.
