Ross is knowledgeable and professional, and over the course of a few months, he was able to help me get rid of rats in my house (which was really stressful!) he identified the solution whilst removing some of them already present and then went on to recommend a company to do some remedial work. highly recommend if you need help and support. lovely man, too.
