What a brilliant place elite physio is, especially gabrielle :) super friendly, non judgemental, explains everything clearly and you can have your exercises sent to you if needs be so no excuses people! proof is in the pudding though, if you’re expecting a cure, you have to put your side of the work in and appreciate that things might not fix overnight. work with these guys and you will get positive results. ladies at reception are also very lovely and you always get a greeting as soon as you walk through the door. thank you gabrielle :) and team :)

I was referred to elite physical & having previously had 8+ months of physio elsewhere with little improvement i was somewhat sceptical of what difference elite could make. i saw andy & he was brilliant. there are a couple areas to call out on elite & andy in particular. firstly, they have a scientific approach: machines & tech were used to assess the extent of the injury, & throughout treatment - helpful & encouraging to see the gains, even if they are not immediately 'felt'. secondly, andy himself is very thorough & took time to explain what the issue was, the treatment he was recommending & the objectives of it. 5* service & would definitely use again.

After having a significant leg break playing football in august. i embarked on what would end up being an 8 month recovery process. while there were ups and downs along the way, andy not only provided me with great advice with regards to physio therapy, but also a positive outlook throughout. as a 22 year old university student this was a particularly hard time for me, and i couldn’t thank andy enough for his support.

Amanda and her student assistant were both fantastic in helping identify the issue in my knee and then walking me through a clear rehab program in the gym, also providing the exercise details in a useful video form. friendly and insightful, would recommend to all.

I have been using elite on and off for the last 10 years for a number of sports injuries and always had an excellent experience. all the team have been amazing, but especially andy who has helped me back to fitness more times than i care to remember! as well as having an incredible team, the facilities are great. having good gym equipment on site is a huge plus for getting straight into rehab! elite is always my recommendation for anyone needing physio in the herts / bucks area!
