Been using company for many years, wouldn't use anyone else. had an 'intermittent' problem with my heating. contacted the office and spoke to daisy, who is always extremely helpful and friendly, she asked for photos of the boiler and thermostat. josh replied immediately advising that my thermostat settings were incorrect, which saved a visit. engineers are always excellent too.

We were really impressed with the 2 guys that did the work and the work itself. they were efficient and very tidy. we will certainly be recommending you to others and using gerald low again for any plumbing/heating jobs. your service from initial quote to booking in an appointment to having the work done has been straightforward and without fault.

Just had a new boiler fitted by gerald low & co., who i have used for servicing boiler for many years, and as always i am very happy with the service. wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had an issue with our boiler. spoke to gerald low & co who quoted us a very reasonable price. very friendly customer service. on the day josh called to say he was on the way. i was then able to leave josh in the property and get on with other plans i had for the day. came home to find the place clean and no mess. this is exactly what i was after, quick, reasonable and a great service. thanks
