Been using company for many years, wouldn't use anyone else. Had an 'intermittent' problem with my heating. Contacted the office and spoke to Daisy, who is always extremely helpful and friendly, she asked for photos of the boiler and thermostat. Josh replied immediately advising that my thermostat settings were incorrect, which saved a visit. Engineers are always excellent too.

Had an issue with our boiler. Spoke to Gerald Low & Co who quoted us a very reasonable price. Very friendly customer service. On the day Josh called to say he was on the way. I was then able to leave Josh in the property and get on with other plans I had for the day. Came home to find the place clean and no mess.
