Firstly i would like to apologise for my late feedback, however that does not change my view of ella @ matthew waite. we could not of hoped for a better service from start to finish ella really took her time and talking me through any aspect that i didn't fully understand. i felt completely comfortable in asking any questions and ella would pick up the phone and talk to me , i started recommending ella & matthew waite just a couple of weeks into our sale & purchase with them as i was that confident in them as a business. once again ella thank you so much for making our sale & purchase as seamless as it was and if we ever do move again (which i doubt) i will be in touch but i will continue to recommend you. thanks emma & adrian hau
