Firstly I would like to apologise for my late feedback, however that does not change my view of Ella @ Matthew Waite. We could not of hoped for a better service from start to finish Ella really took her time and talking me through any aspect that i didn't fully understand. I felt completely comfortable in asking any questions and Ella would pick up the phone and talk to me , I started recommending Ella & Matthew Waite just a couple of weeks into our sale & purchase with them as I was that confident in them as a business.
