Good result for looking for shoes for my daughter

We took our kids to the Aylesbury branch of Clarks for back to school shoes. It was just like I remember Clarks from my childhood: competent and friendly staff managing a busy shop with lots of families kitting out their kids. The chap measured our 3 year old and 7 year old and coped well with them changing their minds. We purchased 4 pairs of shoes and from past experience with their products we can be confident that they're made well and will last a long time.

Despite being very busy & short-staffed, we were seen to only 5 minutes after our appointment time to get my boy measured for his first shoes. Came away with a lovely pair of well fitting shoes and a happy little boy!

I was recommended to buy Clarkes shoes after a recent visit to see a Podiatrist. I found myself in Aylesbury right outside the Clarkes shoe shop (I was in Aylesbury on the off-chance). I couldn't have been luckier to find such pleasant and helpful staff. Both Ben and Haleema were truly excellent in the way in which they assisted me in my purchases. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you, your help was very much appreciated. All the the shoes I tried were supremely comfortable and all seemed very good quality. Now the real test, to wear them each day to know how good they really are. I am confident they will be good!

Ben who measured our 1 year old for his very first shoes was beyond exceptional. He was polite, gave fantastic advice and was patient and friendly to all of us. We are extremely happy with the shoes we purchased. Ben also measured the feet of our 2 other young children and gave us advice about their shoes. Really can't fault him. The other staff who were in (Saturday 25 2023) were also all really friendly and approachable.
