Welcome rest after a long day, everything as described, clean tidy, host anwar very helpful and friendly.

Anwar is five star host. he gave excellent information on how to settle in. even when we needed help with check in, he came very quickly. location is excellent and close to city centre. overall rating is five star because my family and i had a nice time and were happy.

We had a fabulous stay in aylesbury with my young family. the host was so warm and welcoming. made sure we were settled and ok before he left. so helpful and kind, when we needed anything, he was at the place within 10minutes to support. great location, lots of shops, supermarkets, parks nearby. anwar sent us video instructions to help us with accessing the property and parking. such a smooth and enjoyable stay thanks to the lovely host!

Mr. anwer is a excellent, cooperative host. he is very friendly and loves to help is guests. i have stayed with my family in is flat. he keeps the flat very clean and tidy with all essential items. the flat is located in prime location within walking distance from town center. i was pleased to stay in flat.

The accommodation was well suited for our needs and conveniently located in close proximity to large supermarket and shopping centre. the property is very clean, roomy with high ceilings and secure parking. we loved that there was coffee, tea, sugar and cooking oil. the bathroom also came equipped with cleaning products which was handy. there is also a washing machine if you need to use one. the beds were high and very comfortable with good quality bedding and towels for all guests. although the property is situated off a busy dual carriage way, it was moderately quiet when windows are closed; we didn't need to open windows as the property was well ventilated. unfortunately we were woken by loud footsteps from the flat above so its wise to pack some earplugs if you want to have a lie-in the following morning. there was a garden space but we weren't allowed to use it (hence the 4 stars) + the electronic main door lock was a little tricky to use. other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and our host was lovely and very helpful. anwar went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed... always checking to ensure we were ok doing our stay. we would definitely stay again 😊!
