I felt at home. Intelligent. Thoughtful. And completely thorough. Answered all of my questions with patience, even though I wasn't going to be booking right away. A perfect gentleman through and through. I can't wait till it's time to book I know where I will be booking. Thank you Martin for helping me.

Love this store! Martin goes above and beyond to help and really knows his stuff and so patient and no matter how many questions asked he still sits there with a smile. Wouldn't ever book with no one else! Even helping me book a hoilday and the dates not even out yet. Thank you Martin your a star!

Came into store and had a very pleasant experience. I was dealt with my a gentleman called Martin who was very friendly and knowledgeable. After being given many options and a lot of information I was able to decide my holiday. Martin was able to tell me different places to visit from his own experience and I felt like I could trust him. He knew about what attracted people to different places, he knew what was good about various different countries and I felt at ease and that I could put my trust into him to plan my perfect holiday. I cannot recommend Martin enough, he is a credit to your team!

I recently came in for help and advice on a holiday when I came into the store although everyone was busy I was greeted by a smile, the lady then introduced herself as Jo and spent time asking lots of questions with what was I looking for, my budget what i enjoyed doing and obviously where was on my list of places. She was such a great help and I really valued her help. I don’t come into Aylesbury that often but promised her next I was in I’d bring in some cakes for everyone. Martin is just fantastic! He is one of the most knowledgeable travel agents I’ve ever come across. He has travelled all over the world and his attention to detail is outstanding. He has spent years booking my holidays and booked my mums dream trip to Cuba which she absolutely loved. His knowledge and passion for travel is something you rarely come across. He is a credit to TUI. We followed him from Thomas Cook and he will always be our families travel agent. You are very lucky to have such a fantastic member of your team working in your store.
