We used Wow Factor for our wedding. We were so happy with all our decoration and wedding arrangements, it was better than we even imagined. We were guided and advised at each stage what would suit our requirements and budget. Pam and her husband are so lovely, we would most definately recommend and also use their services again for future functions.

Wowfactor Events were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the the moment we met both Pam and Bhaven they were so professional and helped us every step of the way. They really got to know us, our tastes and expectations and came up with décor options that showed off what we liked and matched our theme for the event. They were available whenever we contacted them and always willing to meet with us even at short notice and willing to help and really going above and beyond for us. On the day, our morning event did overrun which made the turnaround time incredibly short for Wowfactor to decorate our venue. However, both Pam and Bhaven made us feel comfortable and at ease and reassured us that everything would still be fine. In fact, it was better than we ever imagined. The decor looked stunning - exactly how we wanted it and actually delivered more than what was promised. The colour theme was perfect! Pam was an absolute amazing soul to work with for my wedding on 8th Oct 2022!! I could not believe how stunning my decor was! It was more than what I had even imagined!
