I started 1 on 1 classes with darcie a few months ago as basically a new beginner and it’s been a great experience. the sessions have always been tailored perfectly to fit my different needs, darcie is very understanding, and i’ve learnt so much and feel so much more strong, flexible and better in myself. the sessions are fun, eye opening and i always leave feeling so positive and motivated to keep on with the practice. i couldn’t recommend darcie strongly enough, such a great teacher and i have thoroughly enjoyed my yoga journey and am excited to see where it’ll go.

I have had a few 1-1 sessions with darcie, and they've been so fabulous. providing the confidence in my body movements with darcie's careful and gentle way of teaching. darcie is an excellent teacher and i'd highly recommended for anyone looking to have expertise and flexible lesson content.

I found darcie’s yoga class at a time when i really needed it. 6 months later and i look forward to it every week. darcie helps me push myself and to see how far my body can go. love the classmates and all that we learn each week. highly recommend!

Darcie is an excellent teacher and has such a beautiful energy that radiates in every class. she tailors classes to the rooms needs, using an intuitive approach. i particularly love how darcie also shows us varying postures based on ability to ensure everyone’s can progress on their own journey. starting and ending the sessions with breathing/meditation really grounds me and brings in the mind and body spiritual connection. i thoroughly recommend these classes for all abilities to anyone considering yoga; whether it’s to complement other exercise, to de-stress and ground yourself or if you’re wanting to build strength.
