This was our first experience of using an architect for an extension to our home. we had no idea what to expect and we didn't know how we could achieve everything we wanted in the extension. we knew we needed a larger kitchen, a downstairs bathroom and utility as well as a reception area but we had no idea how to make the additional space work. we chose luke because from the outset he was approachable and explained everything to us. he answered all our questions, and spent considerable time with us drawing up the plans for our extension. in addition, he always gave us realistic deadlines. in the end, luke came up with the perfect solution to all our issues. we absolutely love the final design. everything was done swiftly and at a very reasonable price. we are extremely grateful to hirst architects and have no hesitation in recommending them.
