Absolutely seamless service from arriving at my property to drawing up the plans completing the building control application keeping us informed throughout drawing in other professionals as required and liaising with additional queries and requests from the Local Authority. Scott at NYP architectural services was fantastic throughout. He was providing existing floor plan and proposed structural changes for the downstairs area of our house. He was knowledgeable, provided personal insights and always answered any of our questions in a very timely manner. When we wanted changes to the plans, he updated immediately without hesitation. Scott was also proactive in sending all necessary plans to the builders who we were dealing with. Very professional job, would recommend without hesitation.

From the first time we reached out for advice to the completed plans, NYP were extremely helpful and informative. We were completely new to the world of extensions, how the process works and where to begin. Scott was incredibly helpful in explaining the order in which to do things, guiding us through the process and educating us. The plans were super but time was taken to help us to understand what we wanted so we can give the clearest instruction to get the layout we wanted.
