A fantastic bike shop that I could not recommend more! A combination of very knowledgeable mechanics and a top customer service. They did a comprehensive service, grading the components for wear and sorting the breaks etc.. After identifying that an expensive part needed replacing (crank shaft), they fitted a spare like-for-like part they had for a fraction of the price of a new one! All of this was done super quickly and efficiently.

Friendly, efficient and professional service at a great price. I turned up unannounced late on Sat afternoon. I had problems with a new e-bike I’d purchased on line from another supplier some distance away. The mechanic left the job he was doing to check out my bike. He quickly diagnosed the problems, but a new derailleur hanger was needed. I got the supplier to send the part needed and took it to Biketyke. They fitted it in the day and thoroughly checked out the bike for me to see if there were any other issues to deal with. Fortunately all was fine and I was on my way. I’ll certainly continue to use Biketyke.

Absolutely brilliant service. Irvine and his staff fitted me in at short notice and now I have my back back. Very insightful and happy to share knowledge on how to keep your bike running for longer.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had an issue with my road bike. So went in, they were obviously very busy but still helped me. They identify the problem quickly and explained and advised me on different ways to resolve this. Free friendly advise, definitely recommend

Great service from the older gentleman in the store. Took my bike in on Saturday for a detailed bracket repair. Told it may take a while as there’s 100’s of brackets and that the mechanic is ill. Was called an hour later to come pick my bike up. Great service, awesome turn around to get my bike fixed and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend.
