Came along to view a bike I’d seen online and I’m so glad I did, Ana greeted us on entry and left us to browse without any pressure. On finding the bike I’d gone for, and compared to a few others, Ana was more than happy to allow me to try the bike out and ride it around their test room. Once buying the bike she helped me chose an essential helmet and a small maintained kit. I can’t fault the service and knowledge, even got a hot choc whilst waiting for the rain to stop.

A lovely lady called Ana helped us purchase a bike for my little girl. She was informative, knowledgeable and helpful. She even found a space where my little one could try different bikes and was patient while we compared them. My daughter loved one of the bikes that was out of our budget and when Ana realised this she helped persuade my daughter on one I could afford. Ana also called me to let me know the bike had arrived in store to collect and remembered us which I think is excellent customer service. There are bikes for every budget and we were made to feel welcomed and valued. Thank you Evans and Ana

I can't fault the service I had buying my gravel bike from this store. Karl was an absolute superstar, friendly and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. Will be recommending to the masses. Huge thanks ☺️

Turned up very last minute to sort out cycle-to-work. Not only had the visiting Barnsley manager helped me from Sheffield while visiting my local branch earlier in the day, but received a warm welcome to fetch my reserved bike. Shane and Ezra stayed past closure helping me test, ride and set up my new bike, providing advice, support and reassurance. Excellent customer service, thanks again for running through things with me. The manager was also stellar in sorting out a replacement bike when the one I'd calculated the scheme out for sold out online. Overall very satisfied and grateful!
