Very professional and friendly service. alot better than a major high street car and bike repair shop.
Pete and jo can't thank them enough. great service and expert knowledge. advised what i needed and went the extra mile too. highly recommend 5*****
Brilliant little shop. excellent service and a fair price. had quite a bit of trouble with my bike but this guy sorted it super fast and to an excellent standard. would highly recommend.
Like any keen road cyclist i find having that 'mystery' noise whilst riding extremely annoying. these noises can be very difficult to diagnose. for a few weeks i've been trying to discover the source of a noise which has gradually got worse. i have examined everything on my bike but everything was functioning perfectly and silently when on my workstand. i finally admitted defeat and went in to my new local bike shop in cudworth, hidden cycles. i had a good chat with the owner/mechanic pete middlehurst. i described my noise and pete, without seeing my bike, said it was likely the spokes on my rear wheel. i thought it was unlikely as it was running perfectly true. i went home and returned with my bike. i left it with him, thinking it would be the next day at the earliest before it would be ready for collection. i got a call from pete before closing time the same day to say it was sorted! he had fully re-tensioned the wheel to the manufacturers specs. i went for 26 mile ride the following day. silence is golden! sorted!!! i can definitely recommend hidden cycles for your repairs and servicing. pete is a former semi- pro racer with extensive skills as a mechanic. he is happy to talk about his experiences and pass on useful tips and guidance. great guy! great shop!
Recommended by a mate & glad he did! mini service and other parts fitted. sorted very quickly. top quality work and more than fair pricing. i'll be using hidden cycles from here onward.
