Really helpful and friendly staff, they found the correct device for my needs. There is a range of devices on sale here and some come with great deals. The staff will help set up your new device and transfer any saved intel from your old one. If you have any problems that cannot be sorted out in this store, then you will be advised to seek help from the O2 guru which is at the meadowhall outlet.

Went in with my daughter who wanted to upgrade early and take her own contract out rather then be on mine. The sales assistant was great and explained everything to us and what we needed to pay and how to transfer the number so brilliant customer service.

I needed to exchange a faulty product, originally the store did not have the stock, but they arranged to have the stock brought from another O2 store in the region. Returned today and exchanged the item with little/no fuss. Very friendly staff, very efficient, and taking all steps to keep everyone safe in the current coronavirus situation

After completing an online order, causing me to attend at the shop, I spoke to staff member Beth. I had a list of questions relating mainly to the billing and functionality of the online account as opposed to the phone. She calmly explained each point in order, making the process easy to understand and answered all my questions. At no time did I feel rushed and she was happy to help resolve the list I had. I wish all staff were as good as she was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store and particularly the staff member I had dealings with.
