Outstanding service from brett and the team. they removed an old stove and installed a new one (sourced by me) plus lined and capped the chimney. the quote arrived within half an hour of my request and the work completed 3 days later. brett couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and communicative, solving problems that weren’t his to take on. the stove supplier really mucked me about - brett helped me rectify the situation, even though it wasn’t of his making. his installation team was friendly, professional, fast, efficient and really clean. barely any mess at all. a fault with the previous installation meant this one wasn’t quite right. they didn’t realise until the end, but went back a few steps and rectified it, even though it wasn’t their problem to fix, because they wouldn’t want it like that in their house. absolutely brilliant service and real pride in their work. thank you so much.
