Brilliant service. dropped off a completely shot laptop this morning. by lunchtime the files had been extracted and copied to a disc. i've just loaded it onto my pc and now have all my files back. perfect.
I had issues with the speed of my laptop, contacted robert and within 24 hours issues are fixed with full explanation as to what and how the issues were resolved. top class service and i would recommend robert to anybody who has computer issues.
