Absolutely fantastic service, i had a customer who needed a part very desperatley on the day before the bank holiday weekend and if he didn't get his part it would have cost him thousands of pounds in lost revenue. a phone call to cid couriers with a few brief details and i was told that i would get a call back in five minutes to confirm it could be done, i was duly called back promptly and confirmed all the details and gave payment. i was updated throughout the whole process and i was even informed when the critical part had been delivered. i would like to thank both the company and the very polite driver who probably didn't get back home until late evening. absolutely fantastic service and will be using cid couriers from now on thanks again!
