Absolutely fantastic service, I had a customer who needed a part very desperatley on the day before the bank holiday weekend and if he didn't get his part it would have cost him thousands of pounds in lost revenue. A phone call to CID Couriers with a few brief details and I was told that I would get a call back in five minutes to confirm it could be done, I was duly called back promptly and confirmed all the details and gave payment. I was updated throughout the whole process and I was even informed when the critical part had been delivered. I would like to thank both the company and the very polite driver who probably didn't get back home until late evening.
