Fixed my issue over the phone no charge

Had the part in that I needed... However it was more than twice the price that I'd seen the part going for online... So a bit pricey but if it's something that you can't really wait for, then they seemed to have a wide selection of parts for all kinds of appliances in store...

Heating element stopped working in my cooker. Phoned Domestic Appliances who took my details. Shortly afterwards on the same day, the cooker expert called me, and he visited just an hour later. He then replaced the element and fan. I received a very fast, very curtious, and efficient service.

I have had an error on my washing machine. I rang this firm yest and the engineer who I spoke to researched for me wot the fault could be. I was expecting a call out charge for a repair. He advised me of a few things I could do cleaning filters etc and try before incurring a service charge for a call out. My washer dryer working fine again thanks to this guys time and advice. Very honest I would recommend this sort of business to anyone. Thanks guys you have saved my day
