Despite extremely short notice, and a late callout (6pm) Nick came to look at my appliance issues within the hour - an electrical burning smell from the oven, broken fridge freezer and malfunctioning gas stove. Nick arrived on time and was extremely friendly, diagnosing the issue with my oven. Although the fridge freezer and gas stove were out of Nick's expertise (as explained on the phone), he provided advise and referred me to others who know more about these appliances. Unexpectedly all of this advise was completely free of charge. Exceptional service and will definitely be using again in the future
