We sold our house using pennine law and found them to be efficient, friendly and most prompt in dealing with the various transactions and queries. i found the email updates and the way they kept in touch with us and gave advice at each stage of the process most helpful and reassuring. the same was true when we bought our new house a few months later - this was in the middle of the covid crisis and things were far from straightforward but nothing was too much trouble and despite the difficult context, the sale was smoothly progressed in a friendly and efficient way with all obstacles overcome. highly recommended.
