I would highly recommend the Whitegates, Barnsley home sales team who took us through every step of the way from marketing, to viewing and through to the sale of our property. The team delivered a professional and courteous service and always kept us informed on progress.

We have just sold our house through Whitegates and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others as the service we received was excellent. At the initial valuation Steve was friendly and professional. When it came to booking in viewings the sales team were always prompt in keeping us in the loop around what was going on with excellent communication via phone and text. Everyone was really accommodating when we went on holiday and were able to show our house for us while we were away. Once we had accepted an offer the team were great at keeping us in the loop about what was going on and Beth in particular went above and beyond in terms of chasing information about what was happening in our chain which really helped alleviate some of our worries! This is the first time we've ever sold and I would highly recommend Whitegates. I'm aware that there are cheaper online estate agents available, but it's well worth considering the additional service you from a more traditional agent who will really put the effort in to get your sale over the line. In my view it's definitely been worth the small additional spend! Anyway - thanks again to all the team!

Outstanding service from the team at Whitegates Barnsley. Full turnkey property management in place. Had a property fully managed by Graham and his team for 5 years. Then in the past few months Will and Beth marketed it for sale. Although the buyers solicitors were really poor and nearly lost the sale, the sales team at the Barnsley branch pushed it forward and got the sale completed.
