At such a sad time in one's life, it was lovely to have such friendly, whilst remaining professional, people help us to celebrate the life of our Mum. Dignity and respect was maintained at all times and as a family we would not hesitate to use their services again and share our feelings with others in need or unsure.

Hannah took time to get to know the family on the first visit & adjusted her consultation style to suit the family well. We felt very reassured by her support & care to Walter. The staff at Hammertons cannot be praised enough! They dealt with my dad, Bryan's funeral in such a loving and caring way. Not only for my dad but for us as a family. Craig is such a lovely man and leads the team so well. There wasn't anything that was too much trouble. He spent time with us as a family, explaining everything but also taking the time to get to know my dad. The personal touch meant everything to us. Craig and the team at Hammerton’s are exceptional and made what is a very upsetting and stressful time as smooth as possible.
