Muscle Unit

Enjoyed a great hamstring and shoulder session with some good equipment. Friendly staff and fellow gym goers. Music way too loud though hence the 3 star rating.

Awesome gym. Great atmosphere. Very clean and super tidy. Some of the best gym equipment I have ever used. Highly recommend joining as a member if not yiu definitely need to visit for a session.

There's a mixed group of sized people who go in. Everyone is quite welcome and it's easy to ask for assistance. Lots of machines, free weights and enough power racks so your not waiting. Went in again recently to find some new machines installed. 2nd update: I've ended up having to use a walking stick. Nobody looks at you funny. The clients, although some really huge buggers, are actually really friendly and polite. The staff helpful, the music can be loud... but I'm getting into it 😆
