Lotus Home Care

My dad currently receives domiciliary care from Lotus home-care as he is disabled and unable to do basic tasks such as prepare food, clothes himself, and wash. Whilst my dad took a little time getting used to the carers, he is now generally quite comfortable having the carers visit him. My only concern is that the carers are not always the same - we understand that the retention of staff in this care is difficult. We did note, However, the staff who was servicing my dad were generally happy with there role and this was reflected into the level of service given to him.

We used Lotus Home Care Services for physical therapy following my boyfriend's knee replacement surgery. I cannot say enough good things about the care, support and communication that he received throughout his time on service with them. We both highly recommend Lotus Home Care to anyone who needs any kind of home health. Thank you for your excellent service!

From our first contact and throughout the duration of our time using Lotus Home Care, the experience has been without a doubt one of the most professional and personal. They were always willing to go over and above to meet any needs that were necessary. Every aspect of the company, from the office personnel to the onsite carers and field Care supervisors, made a difficult situation much easier for not only my dad but also the family.
