Staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Plenty of knowledge and good advice. Can honestly say, I wasn't sure if my request was possible. Having taken their advice, my item was done better than I thought it could be. Plenty of excellent quality items for sale to, at competitive prices. Highly recommend these people and this marvelous jewellery shop.

Fantastic service at Brown's from Kath & the gentleman upstairs that cleans & repairs jewellery & re-sizes rings. I took a silver cross & chain in for cleaning & I was amazed at the result. It looked like brand new when I collected it. Thank you for all you help.
