Excellent service. Richard came after I reported I couldn’t lock my front door. Despite it being the end of his day. Made the door secure and came back a few days later with a new lock. Job done in 20 mins Reasonable price. Have used Richard several times and always pleased with his expertise and pleasant manor.

Great service from Richard!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and timely in both his communication and in his work. Richard explained and demonstrated the issue in detail and assured us he would keep costs as low as he could. The final cost was very reasonable. My front door repair was probably small in comparison to some of the work that Shefflock undertake however, Richard never gave me any hard sell or made me feel any less important as a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard and Shefflock.

Called SheffLOCK after being locked out of the house. Chris was excellent all the way through. He immediately booked for a time that was convenient and communicated when he was on his way. Once he arrived Chris was extremely professional and managed to get me back into my property with minimal fuss. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again.
