Amazing customer service from Dainora. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and tried really hard to find the best deal that met all my requirements. I am very happy with my new phone and contract and pleased to be a customer of Three. Thank you so much!

Contract came to an end and I had received a mediocre deal from 3 by email. I went into store with a competitor deal and the manager was really helpful and was able to match the deal. Staff were great even though the new ipad system had such come into play.

I don't very often single out individuals: But Dianora exceeded my expectations by light years: She is a very great credit to your company; her customer service skills, knowledge, general demeanour, patience and manner are truly exemplary.
