Went in this afternoon as I had broken the leg off my glasses and needed them sorted quite quickly as I need them all the time. I went in and was served very quickly and although they weren't able to find a leg to fit my glasses, they took the lenses in my glasses and popped them in a new frame for me in under ten minutes! They were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the new frames, giving me a good range of options. I owe my thanks to the gent who served me. I felt very welcome and he quickly sorted my glasses out for me!

Been using raison's opticians for years always been happy with their service the staff make my day absolutely fantastic sense of humour even if the glasses were over priced I'd still come here treated like a human not a number and has for my dog they loved her as if she was theres. RIP Pip

Have been using this opticians for along time. Everytime you go you receive 5* service. Today I went in to book an Eye test ended up having a test picking some new glasses. All done painlessly with super service thrown in.

Absolutely top service wouldn't go anywhere else...reception ladies welcoming, young lady who tested soooo nice and Chris Raison himself always so cheerful also he's so helpful when it comes to choosing new frames and makes sure they will be a proper fit Don't care if you can get 2 4 1 offers at the big concerns elsewhere tried it twice and didn't fit properly and one set couldn't even see with them... thanks to all
